Terms of Service

1. The platform's role

European Freedom Guild is a marketplace. We connect people seeking support with independent practitioners ("guides"). We are not a party to the agreement between a client and a guide, and we do not provide the services listed.

2. Guides are independent

Every guide is an independent contractor responsible for their own services, pricing, taxes, insurance and any professional obligations. Guides are not employees or agents of the platform.

3. Commission and subscription

The platform charges 0% commission on bookings. Guides pay a subscription of 295 SEK per month (or the equivalent EU price shown at checkout). Founding 100 guides keep their price for life. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. A guide without an active subscription is not shown in search.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Booking payments go directly to the guide's Stripe account. The platform never holds client funds. Refunds and disputes are handled between client and guide, with Stripe's dispute process as the formal route.

5. Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Later cancellations are subject to the individual guide's stated policy.

6. Conduct and removal

We may suspend or remove any account that misrepresents qualifications, breaches consent or safety expectations, or misuses the platform.

7. Not healthcare

Services are complementary and do not replace medical care. See the Disclaimer page. In an emergency, contact 112 or 1177 in Sweden, or your local equivalent.

8. Data protection

Personal data is processed according to the GDPR. See the Privacy page.

9. Governing law
