Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible, keep it inside the EU, and delete it when you ask.

What we collect
Account data (name, e-mail, password hash via our authentication provider), guide profile data you publish yourself, booking data (service, date, time, price, client name and e-mail), reviews you write, subscription status from Stripe, and basic technical logs.
Why, and on what legal basis
To deliver the booking service and the guide listing (performance of a contract), to handle payments and prevent fraud (legal obligation and legitimate interest), and to keep the platform secure (legitimate interest). We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.
Payments
Card details never reach us. Stripe processes all payments and acts as an independent controller for the payment data it needs.
Storage
Data is stored on servers inside the EU. Booking records are kept as long as required by accounting rules; account data is deleted when you close your account.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Write to Support@appfactory.se and we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Cookies
Only essential cookies: session and security, plus Stripe's cookies during checkout. No analytics or advertising cookies.
